Maria earned a Masters in Communications for Development from City University, London.

Over 20 years of experience in communications, journalism, and C4D, working with the UN, World Bank, including assignments in Afghanistan, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, New York City, Sudan and Washington DC. As a freelance reporter his work has been published in The New York Times, The Economist and Foreign Affairs. Dorn has Masters degrees from Columbia University in Journalism and Economic Policy.

Carmen has more than 20 years of experience in branding and graphic design for clients such as the Prado Museum and the Reina Sophia Museum of Contemporary Art of Spain.

Jenifer studied Fine Arts at Basque Country University and graduated in Graphic Design at the Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseño de Huesca, Spain. Afterwards she moved to Ireland to develop her graphic design career. She is an expert in a variety of media, multimedia graphics design and illustration. She has more than eight years of experience working on online and offline projects.

Iria is a UX expert and brings art skills and an understanding of user needs to the team. When researching she doesn’t leave a stone unturned. She elucidates customer journeys effortlessly. Iria has a Master Degree in User Research and User Centered Design from the International University of La Rioja and a Masters in Editorial and Graphic Design from the International University of Valencia. Her Bachelor degree from the University of Vigo was in Fine Arts.
